Attending all classes is not mandatory. But we do recommend students to attend the classes at least twice a week for better performance. The more you practice, the better you get :)

Yes! Our head professor Igor Mancebo, Black Belt first degree, is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Our mat fee is $20 for visitors. That covers all classes offered for the day.

Open mats on Saturdays are free.
