Can I attend a class if I'm in town travelling?Absolutely! We would love to have you. Check our schedule on the website and come in. Front desk will assist you with payment and guest waiver.

Do I need to attend classes 5x a week?Attending all classes is not mandatory. But we do recommend students to attend the classes at least twice a week for better performance. The more you practice, the better you get :)

Is your professor from Brazil?Yes! Our head professor Igor Mancebo, Black Belt first degree, is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Do you offer discounts?Yes! We do offer discounts for military, first responders and family members. For more information, please visit our "Schedule & Discounts" page.

How much is the drop in?Our mat fee is $20 for visitors. That covers all classes offered for the day. Open mats on Saturdays are free.
